Church Hub was built to serve people already inside the congregation. BuzzReach extends the platform's care infrastructure outward — giving churches tools to reach, engage, and convert community members who have never walked through the doors.
The four BuzzReach modules work as a connected system. A non-member can enter the pipeline from any direction — via a member's shared link, a community event, a prayer request, or a neighborhood encounter — and each touchpoint feeds a unified Outreach CRM inside Church Hub.

BuzzReach Connect
BuzzReach Connect gives every church a shareable public-facing microsite — and every member a personal outreach link they can hand to anyone in their life. When someone follows that link, they enter the church's outreach pipeline, not the general website.
The Member's BuzzReach Link
Every Church Hub member gets a unique URL: /buzzreach/[church-slug]/ref/[member-id]
When a non-member visits via that link, Church Hub records the referring member and attributes any future conversions (event attendance, membership) back to that member — connecting directly to Pass the Buzz ambassador logic already in the platform.
What the Public Sees
A branded, welcoming page that represents the church to an outsider. Customizable sections pulled from Church Hub data:

Phase 1 — Core public microsite, connect form, Outreach CRM, member referral links. This is the foundation everything else feeds into.
Visitor Nurture Journey
Church Hub already captures first-time visitors at check-in. Visitor Nurture extends the post-visit runway into a structured 90-day journey — automated touchpoints, BuzzIQ-generated messaging, and a clear conversion moment when a visitor is ready to join.
Most churches follow up once — a thank-you text or card — then hope the person comes back. Visitor Nurture gives staff a structured system so no first-time visitor goes more than 7 days without an intentional touchpoint, regardless of staff capacity.
Check-in system flags first-time visitor. Record created in Outreach CRM. BuzzIQ generates personalized welcome message for staff to send.
Assigned staff member gets a task: call or text the visitor. BuzzIQ drafts the message. Staff can send as-is or customize.
Auto-generated welcome package: church info, upcoming events, ministry options. Customizable template per church.
BuzzIQ checks if visitor has returned. If not, triggers a "We'd love to see you again" outreach with a specific upcoming event recommendation.
Staff prompt to have a deeper conversation about interests, needs, and potential ministry involvement.
BuzzIQ flags visitor as "membership-ready" based on visit frequency and engagement signals. Staff prompted to initiate membership conversation.
If no conversion, visitor moves to "Long-term nurture" list — lower-touch, quarterly outreach. Never dropped entirely.

Community Events Mode
A distinct event type inside Church Hub's Events Management — built specifically for outreach: block parties, back-to-school drives, neighborhood cookouts. These events face outward, not inward.

Church Hub tracks the full conversion funnel per event: Community Event → Sunday Visit → Membership. Staff can see how many attended, how many opted in, how many eventually visited on a Sunday, and how many became members.
Phase 1 — Community event type, public check-in, Outreach CRM entry. Phase 2 — Conversion tracking dashboard. Phase 3 — BuzzExplore listing integration.
Neighborhood Prayer Network
The church's prayer ministry, extended outward. A public-facing page where the church posts community prayer commitments and neighbors can submit prayer needs — anonymously if they choose. It positions the church as a care resource for the whole neighborhood, not just its members.

Shared Infrastructure: Outreach CRM
All four modules feed a single Outreach CRM — a new section inside Church Hub's admin dashboard, completely separate from the Member Directory. A non-member record in the Outreach CRM never touches or pollutes member data.
Just entered the system. Uncontacted. BuzzIQ score assigned automatically.
